Takeaways for the UHW – NHS frontline workers!

Here are some pictures of the latest delivery of meals for the NHS frontline workers based at the University Hospital of Wales in the Heath.

The staff at the Juboraj would once again like to thank them for their dedication and bravery during this difficult time. We will continue to help in whatever way we can for as long as it takes.

Feeding the NHS frontline staff.

The Juboraj Rhiwbina have been doing what they can to help the frontline workers at the NHS during this difficult time. So far they have provided almost 300 freshly made, hot, cooked meals. Chef DMC and his team will be providing at least another 200 over the coming days. We’ve been very pleased that the NHS staff have even taken the trouble to say thank you for the meals. One nurses from Rhiwbina took the time after a long shift to drop a thank you note to through the letterbox! The Public Health Wales Microbiology team took it in turns to eat theirs so they could maintain their distancing.

Ana Miah, managing director at Juboraj, says they wish they could do more and is pleased they could help in this small way.
